2022-23 OSAP Application for Full-time Students
Your assessment may be different than your estimate because your estimate was based on unverified information. As your application continues processing, your OSAP estimate changes to an assessment. Any changes to your program information (study period dates, costs, etc.) will impact your OSAP assessment. In addition, the income reported on your OSAP application is verified with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). Once this happens, it’s possible that your assessment changes because there was a difference between the amount reported on your application and the amount we verified with the CRA. Finally, your estimate may have included scholarships, bursaries or other awards offered by schools you applied to. These awards are often conditional on meeting terms and conditions and may not be finalized until closer to the start of your school year. If you have questions about your eligibility for school awards or how they are reported to OSAP, contact the financial aid office at your school.
