2021-22 OSAP Application for Full-time Students

This is the date that the ministry releases your money to the National Student Loans Service Centre (NSLSC). It’s provided as an estimated date range because processing time may vary (e.g. if near a weekend or holiday). Once released, the NSLSC deposits it directly into your bank account.

If you haven't received your money after the latest date or if you have questions, contact the NSLSC at:

  • Within North America: 1-888-815-4514
  • Outside North America: 800-2-225-2015 plus appropriate country code
  • TTY: 1-888-815-4556

If for any reason the NSLSC is unable to deposit the funds into your bank account (e.g. due to invalid account number), it will create a cheque and mail it to you. Therefore, it’s very important that you keep your bank account information up to date with the NSLSC. The ministry doesn't maintain or have access to this information. Log-in to your NSLSC account if you need to update your banking information. Contact the NSLSC directly for any questions about the deposit of your funding.
