2021-22 OSAP Application for Full-time Students
Before a payment is made, your school must confirm that you have started classes. This will be done at the start of each of your terms/semesters. This ensures that you don't receive OSAP funding for which you are not entitled and that you don't end up in an overpayment situation. That would mean having to repaying loans and/or grants.
Also, if you have any previous loans, the confirmation of your enrolment ensures that those loans remain in interest-free status so that you do not have to start repaying them.
Your school must confirm your enrolment no later than 30 days before the end of your study period.
