Opening and Printing Your Document

Full-time application

You must have Adobe Reader to open and print your documents. Make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Reader (8 or higher).

1. Click on the “Open form” button.

    PC users:

      Select “Open” to open the document now so you can print it.

      or

      Select “Save” if you want to save it to your computer to open and print later.

    Mac users:

      Select “Save” to save it to your computer.

      Open Adobe Reader on your computer and find the form you just saved.

2. In Adobe Reader you’ll be asked for a password (screen shot from PC):

      Use your form password page to open your documents. Don’t use your login password.

      Example of a password:

      It’s best to copy the password and paste it into the password box.

3. Print your document. Make sure you print all the pages. They must be clear and easy to read.

Are you encountering PDF open/print issues on your device?

You must use a device with Adobe Reader software to print your documents.

Follow the instructions below if you are encountering PDF open/print issues.

1. In order to get the PDF printed correctly, click the “Open form” button to download the form to your device. Please ensure you have downloaded the latest version of Adobe Reader. If you do not have Adobe Reader, please download Adobe Acrobat Reader.

2. Once you have downloaded the documents, open Adobe Reader. In Adobe Reader, choose file and open. Select the document you downloaded and it should open the document. You must use the Form password next to the “Open form” button to open your documents.

3. If you continue to encounter PDF open/print issues, the Adobe website location to troubleshoot PDF issues specific for your device is below:
