If you don’t see an application that you submitted through either ontariocolleges.ca or the Ontario Universities’ Application Centre (OUAC), you can start it yourself by selecting “Start a new application.” Remember, if you applied through OUAC, we'll only be able to start an application for you if you applied for 2024 using the undergraduate application.

Otherwise, you can contact the OSAP Webmaster (Webmaster.tcu@ontario.ca). The following information is required to assist in the investigation of your issue:

  • your first and last name
  • your OSAP Access Number
  • date and approximate time when the error occurred
  • full description of the problem including the school name and program that is missing
  • screen capture of web page (if possible)
