Before your funding can be calculated, your school must complete a Program Information Form (PIF). It is used to collect information about your education-related costs such as tuition, compulsory fees, and book and equipment costs.
If a Program Information form is included in your list of Required Documents: forward it to your school right away so that it can be returned to the ministry as soon as possible. The deadline to submit documents is 40 days before the end of your study period. The form is provided as a PDF and you’ll need your OSAP password to open it. Please ensure that it prints legibly. If you applied using a paper application or if you requested that the ministry mail all forms to you, it will automatically be mailed to you. However, you always have the option of printing it yourself.
If a Program Information Form is NOT included in your list of Required Documents: your school will provide this information directly to the ministry. No further action is required by you.
