Check online: It's the quickest and most up-to-date way to stay informed. You'll find the current status of all of your applications as well as information about outstanding items and/or documents you may have to provide. The ministry will send you email reminders whenever anything changes with one of your applications. Remember, it is your responsibility to check your status regularly, even if you don’t receive an email reminder.
Get mail: If you've asked the ministry to mail information about the status of your applications, a letter will be sent to the mailing address listed in your profile so ensure that it's up-to-date. Note that you can also check your status online at any time even if you have selected the mail notification option.
Changed your mind? You can change your mind about how you'll check the status of your applications at any time. Under OSAP account in the top navigation bar, select View or change profile from the drop down menu. Then, select the "Change" button under the Email address & correspondence options section.
