Once you are assigned an OAN, it becomes your unique identifying number that will not change over time.
Think of the secure side of the OSAP website as a door with two locks. Your OAN, along with your OSAP password, are the two keys that you will use to gain entry to the various online OSAP applications, along with current information about the status of your OSAP aid.
