Financial Aid Office (FAO)

Financial aid offices are the first point of contact for students with questions, problems and concerns about OSAP.

Students Studying in Ontario

Each school in Ontario, including public colleges and universities, private career colleges and other postsecondary schools, has their own financial aid office with staff trained on how to administer OSAP.

If you are studying at a school in Ontario and have any questions regarding OSAP, contact your school directly for the answers you require.

Students Studying Outside Ontario

If you are studying at a postsecondary school located outside of Ontario (except McGill or Concordia – see below) the Student Financial Assistance Branch of the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities acts as your financial aid office.
