Your school's financial aid office can help you with any questions or concerns you have about OSAP.

The National Student Loans Service Centre (NSLSC) is responsible for administering your loan and can help you with any questions or concerns you may have about repayment of OSAP loans. You can also log in to the NSLSC website to check the status of your issued Canada-Ontario Integrated Student Loans.

If you have questions about Ontario Student Loans prior to 2001-2002 and/or Canada Student Loans prior to 2000-2001 you should contact the bank or other financial institution holding your loan.

Students attending out-of-province postsecondary institutions (with the exception of Concordia University and McGill University) should contact the Ontario Student Assistance Program regarding their OSAP questions and concerns
