The website is linked to the OSAP computer processing system and provides the most up-to-date information.
Detailed information about your OSAP file is available on this website. This information includes:
- Application status - where your application is in the process.
- Checklist - things that have to be done before you can get your money.
- Errors and/or missing information - what you need to do to correct any errors.
- Supporting documentation - a list of outstanding documentation you must provide before money will be released.
- Amount of funding - amount of loans, scholarships, grants, and/or bursaries and when they will be available.
- Contact - who to contact for additional help.

You will be asked to enter your Social Insurance Number and your Password or to create a password if you have not applied or used the website previously.
