Paper Application

A paper application is available for printing from the OSAP website. Go to Forms and click on the appropriate academic year.If you use a paper application to apply for OSAP, you must pay a $10 application fee. This fee for using the paper application is mandatory and cannot be appealed. Where to send your paper application.
