Q.  When I try opening the password protected signature page PDF, I do not get a dialog box asking for my password and a page flashes and then disappears.

    A. Suggestion 1: If you are using Internet Explorer Browser, check your settings :
    • Ensure the POP-UP blocker function is turned OFF.
        Suggestion 2: If you are using Internet Explorer Browser, check your settings :
    1. Go to TOOLS pull-down menu
    2. Internet Options
    3. Click on 'Advanced' tab
    4. Scroll down to Security
    5. Make sure the "Do no save encrypted pages to disk' does NOT have a checkmark

Q.  I get the message "Incomplete data transaction" and I lose my connection to the OSAP Website, or I cannot go to the next page. My browser is Internet Explorer. What must I do?

    A.  If you are unsing Internet Explorer, you must update your browser. Go to http://microsoft.com and look for downloads. 

Q.  I get the message "HTTP 500 internal server error". What must I do?

Q.  When trying to print a Signature Page, I get the message "Internet Explorer cannot download PDF form.

    A. Suggestion: If you are using Internet Explorer Browser check your settings :
