What do I Need to do to Have My High School Marks Submitted?
If you need to have your high school submit your marks (see above chart), you are responsible for providing your high school guidance counsellor with a High School Marks Transmittal Form and a Request for your Final High School Transcripts by June 6, 2008. You must ensure that your high school provides these forms to OCAS or OUAC by July 18, 2008 in order for you to be considered for the scholarship.

A High School Marks Transmittal Form is available for printing.
Request for your Final High School Transcripts
A cover memo has been created for you to use that instructs your high school counsellor to send your Official Final High School Transcripts, along with a completed High School Marks Transmittal Form, to the appropriate application processing centre. Depending on what kind of postsecondary institution you are planning to attend, you will use either Memo A or Memo B.
Memo A: Request for Final Transcripts for Applicants to Degree Granting Institutions
If you are applying to an approved institution that grants degrees, you should print Memo A, which instructs your counsellor to send your Final Official Transcript to the Ontario Universities Application Centre (OUAC). Please fill in your name and sign the memo before providing it to your guidance counsellor. Remember to attach your completed High School Marks Transmittal Form to the memo.
The following is the list of degree-granting postsecondary institutions in Ontario for which Memo A would be used:
Heritage Baptist College
Master's College and Seminary
RCC Institute of Technology
Redeemer University College
Tyndale University College and Seminary
Memo B: Request for Final Transcripts for Applicants to Non-Degree Granting Institutions
If you are applying to an approved institution that does not grant degrees, you should print Memo B, which instructs your counsellor to send your Final Official Transcript to the Ontario College Application Services (OCAS). Please fill in your name and sign the memo before providing it to your guidance counsellor. Remember to attach your completed High School Marks Transmittal Form to the memo.
